All our UK deliveries are shipped via courier.
We aim to despatch your goods within 3 to 5 working days from the time of your payment.
Please note, all our deliveries are tracked and require a signature at the point of delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you will be left instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. We can deliver your order to any address, except in Russia which must be delivered to a business address.
Should your desired country of delivery not be shown at the checkout process, please contact us our customer care team at mail@iwoodesign.com in order for us to quote you a shipping price and process your order.
All our International deliveries are shipped via UPS/DHL/FedEX. For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination.
International customers, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.
Import duties are to be paid in full by the receiver/buyer.
